基于中医“治未病”理论探讨《黎居士简易方论》的儿科疾病辨治思想

通过分析《黎居士简易方论》中小儿疾病的记载,挖掘黎民寿在小儿治未病的学术思想及治疗用药经验。黎民寿认识到小儿疾病的病机多为脾胃不足,并贯穿中医“治未病”思想,提出多种儿科疾病的预防及治疗思路,为中医“治未病”思想在儿科疾病中运用提供新的思路。

By analyzing the records of children’s diseases in “Li Jushi’s Simple Prescriptions”, dig out Li Minshou’s academic thoughts and experience in treating children’s diseases. Li Minshou recognized that the pathogenesis of pediatric diseases is mostly the deficiency of the spleen and stomach, and runs through the TCM “prevention of disease” thinking, put forward a variety of pediatric disease prevention and treatment ideas, and provides new ideas for the application of TCM " prevention of disease" thinking in pediatric diseases.
