摘要
在类风湿关节炎(RA)的治疗中,中医药疗效显著。准确的辨证分型是指导中医临床诊疗的前提与关键。通过论述类风湿关节炎的中医辨证分型的发展、分期辨证以及其中医证候的客观化研究,初步探讨类风湿关节炎的中医辨证分型与患者的地域分布、发病年龄、实验室指标、影像学征象等因素存在一定相关性,以期促进类风湿关节炎中医辨证及证候研究。
In the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA), traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect. Accurate differentiation of symptoms and signs is the prerequisite and key to guiding TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment. The certain correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation of rheumatoid arthritis and the geographical distribution of patients, age of onset, laboratory indicators, imaging signs is studied, by discussing the development of TCM syndrome differentiation of rheumatoid arthritis, stage differentiation, and the objective research of TCM syndromes, in order to promote the research of TCM syndrome differentiation and syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis.
