姜附止泻丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 30 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis with Jiangfu Zhixie Pills

目的:观察姜附止泻丸治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效。方法:选取60例脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗;治疗组给予姜附止泻丸治疗。治疗后观察两组在总有效率、腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便、形寒肢冷、腰膝酸软及食少纳差方面的改善情况。结果:两组治疗后,对照组有效率为70.00%,治疗组有效率为83.33%,两组相比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。但治疗组在腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便、形寒肢冷、腰膝酸软及食少纳差方面比较中均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:姜附止泻丸可明显改善脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床症状,疗效较好。

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Jiangfu Zhixie Pills on ulcerative colitis of spleen kidney yang deficiency type.Methods60 patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type were selected from the Department of anorectal,Yinchuan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Ningxia Medical University,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment time,namely the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine sustained release granules.The treatment group was given Jiangfu Zhixie pills.After treatment,the changes in the two groups in terms of total effective rate,diarrhea,abdominal pain mucus pus and blood in the stool,cold limbs,soreness of waist and knees,and poor appetite were observed.ResultsAfter the treatment of the two groups,the effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%.The comparison between the two groups wasP>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,but the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucus pus and blood in the stool,cold-shaped limbs,soreness of the waist and knees,and poor appetite and poor appetite.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionJiangfu Zhixie Pills can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,with definite curative effect and safety.
