唐山产教融合型企业培育现状、问题及对策

唐山正处于产业转型升级的快速发展阶段,传统的人才供给侧与产业需求侧在质量、结构和水平上存在不平衡现象。产教融合型企业可以实现职业人才培养与企业用工需求之间的无缝对接,最终实现职业教育和企业的双赢。然而,现实中产教融合型企业尚处于培育的初级阶段。通过调查唐山市产教融合型企业培育现状,发现一二三产业内产教融合型企业培育发展不均衡,试点规模不大;产教融合型企业培育政策尚未健全、待完善;亟需搭建专门的产教融合型企业信息网络服务平台;企业参与度不高,激励政策有待改进等问题。提出扩大产教融合型企业培育试点规模;完善、细化产教融合型企业培育政策;搭建产教融合型企业信息网络服务平台;多措并举,激发企业参与产教融合积极的相关建议。

Tangshan is in the rapid development stage of industrial transformation and upgrading.There is an imbalance in quality,structure and level between the traditional talent supply side and industrial demand side.Industry education integration enterprises can realize the seamless connection between vocational talent training and enterprise employment demand,and finally realize the win-win situation of vocational education and enterprises.However,in reality,middle-class and education integrated enterprises are still in the primary stage of cultivation.By investigating the current situation of the cultivation of industry education integrated enterprises in Tangshan,it is found that the cultivation and development of industry education integrated enterprises in the primary,secondary and tertiary industries is unbalanced and the pilot scale is small;The cultivation policy of industry education integrated enterprises has not been improved and needs to be improved;There is an urgent need to build a special enterprise information network service platform integrating industry and education;The participation of enterprises is not high,and the incentive policy needs to be improved.It is proposed to expand the pilot scale of cultivating industry education integrated enterprises;Improve and refine the cultivation policy of industry education integrated enterprises;Build an enterprise information network service platform integrating industry and education;Take multiple measures to stimulate enterprises to participate in the integration of industry and education.
