摘要
职业学校在师资队伍建设方面,普遍存在着管理理念陈旧、培训体系不完善、绩效考核机制不健全、职业倦怠现象频发等问题。职业学校融入人力资源管理能够有效解决上述问题,对策包括:更新师资管理理念;提高师资培训质量;科学设置绩效考核;完善师资激励制度等。
There are many problems in the construction of teachers in vocational schools,such as outdated management idea,imperfect training system,imperfect performance appraisal mechanism and frequent job burnout.Integrating human resource management into vocational schools can effectively solve the above problems,the countermeasures include:updating the management concept of teachers;improving the quality of teacher training;setting up performance appraisal scientifically;Perfect teacher incentive system and so on.
