配电网状态估计可观性研究综述 被引量:12

摘要 状态估计是实时感知系统运行状态的关键手段。目前配电网中常因量测配置不足而难以满足状态估计可观性的要求,因此开展状态估计可观性研究具有重要意义。首先,介绍了配电网可观性的分析方法和评价指标;其次,归纳了量测配置优化、伪量测建模和零注入节点处理等提高配电网可观度的方法;然后,基于分布式电源的并网机理与主动配电网中存在的不确定性,论述了适用于主动配电网的伪量测建模方法;最后,对今后研究热点与趋势进行了展望。 State estimation is a key means for the real-time perception of the operating state of a system.However,the existing distribution network is often unable to meet the observability requirements of state estimation due to the lack of measurement configuration.Therefore,it is of significance to carry out research on the state estimation observability.First,the analysis method and evaluation index for the distribution network observability are introduced.Second,the methods to improve the distribution network observability,such as measurement configuration optimization,pseudo-measurement modeling and zero injection node processing,are summarized.Afterwards,based on the grid-connection mechanism of distributed generation and the uncertainty in active distribution network,the pseudo-measurement modeling method suitable for active distribution network is discussed.Finally,the research hotspots and trends in the future are projected.
