经小梁切除术、玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗联合治疗新生血管性青光眼临床效果及对视力和眼压的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Trabeculectomy Combined with Intravitreal Injection of Razumab in Treatment of Neovascular Glaucoma and Its Effects on Visual Acuity and Intraocular Pressure

目的探讨新生血管性青光眼(NVG)经小梁切除术、玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗联合治疗的临床效果及对视力和眼压的影响。方法选择2016年7月—2020年8月就诊的NVG 104例104眼,根据治疗方式分为对照组51例和研究组53例,对照组给予小梁切除术治疗,研究组给予小梁切除术联合玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗治疗。比较2组临床效果、视力水平、眼压变化情况,观察并发症及术后复发情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗1、3、6个月后眼压低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率和复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对NVG患者采用小梁切除术、玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗联合治疗能够有效提高临床效果,眼压改善效果佳,可降低并发症发生率和复发率。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with intravitreal injection of Razumab in treatment of neovascular glaucoma(NVG)and its effects on visual acuity and intraocular pressure(IOP).Methods A total of 104 patients(104 eyes)with NVG admitted between July 2016 and August 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=51)and research group(n=53)according to therapeutic methods.Control group was treated with trabeculectomy,while research group was treated with trabeculectomy combined with intravitreal injection of Razumab.Clinical efficacy,visual acuity and IOP changes were compared,and incidence rates of complications and postoperative recurrence rates were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).IOP levels in the research group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment for 1,3 and 6 months(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications and postoperative recurrence rate in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trabeculectomy and intravitreal injection of Razumab may effectively improve clinical efficacy,improve the IOP and reduce incidence rate of complications and recurrence rate in treatment of NVG.
