位于我国西北方位的石羊河,流经甘肃省中心区域,灌溉型农业发展迅猛而林业生态环境问题较为严峻。简要地概括了石羊河的气候水文特征,深入探究其存在的主要问题,探索了生态环境治理的多种可能性,并提出了相应的治理对策。

Shiyang River, located in the northwest of our country, flows through the central area of Gansu Province. Irrigated agriculture is developing rapidly, and the problem of forestry ecological environment is more serious. Briefly summarized the climatic and hydrological characteristics of Shiyang River, probes into its main problems,explored various possibilities of ecological environment governance, and put forward corresponding governance countermeasures.
