抢抓新国发2号文件政策机遇加快贵州现代服务业发展

Seize the Policy Opportunities of the New No.2 Document to Accelerate the Development of the Modern Service Industry in Guizhou

服务业一头连着经济发展,另一头连着百姓生活,占据了贵州地区生产总值的“半壁江山”。新国发2号文件政策机遇下,加快现代服务业发展对建设具有贵州特色的现代化经济体系、推动全省经济高质量发展、满足人民美好生活需要具有重要意义。本研究围绕贯彻落实新国发2号文件,聚焦产业转型升级和居民消费升级需要,运用对比分析和探索性研究等方法,分析了贵州现代服务业的发展基础和存在的问题,提出应重点围绕三大优势现代服务业和五大成长性新兴服务业,以集聚化、融合化发展为主要方向,进一步提高现代服务业开放水平,加快现代服务业发展。

The service industry,connected to economic development on the one end and the high-quality life of the common people on the other end,occupies nearly half of the total output value of Guizhou.Under the opportunity of the State Council〔2022〕No.2 Document,accelerating the development of the modern service industry is of great significance to building a modern economic system with Guizhou characteristics,promoting the high-quality economic development of Guizhou province,and satisfying the needs of Guizhou people for a better life.Based on the implementation of the State Council〔2022〕No.2 Document,this paper,focuses on the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading residents′consumption needs,and uses methods such as comparative analysis and exploratory research to analyz the development foundation and existing problems of the modern service industry in Guizhou.What′s more,this paper proposed that the emphasis should be laid on the three advantageous modern service industries and the five growing emerging service industries,with agglomeration and integrated development as the main direction,so as to improve the opening level of the modern service industry,and accelerate the development of the modern service industry.
