工业自动化仪表及自动化控制技术研究

现如今,自动化控制技术和自动化仪表在各个领域得到广泛的应用。在工业生产的领域当中,自动化仪表技术以及自动控制技术的应用能够大大提高产品的质量,保证工业生产的安全性和稳定性。基于此,为进一步研究工业自动化仪表,提高其自动化控制技术水平,文章主要从工业自动化仪表及自动化控制技术概述出发,介绍了一种工业自动化仪表自动化控制检测系统,该系统是基于LabVIEW软件平台设计而成的,可有效减少因人工操作而产的失误,提高工业生产检测工作效率及产品质量,进而提升工业生产的自动水平。希望通过此次研究能够为工业自动化发展提供借鉴经验。

Nowadays,automation control technology and automation instruments are widely used in various fields.In the field of industrial production,the application of automatic instrument technology and automatic control technology can greatly improve the quality of products and ensure the safety and stability of industrial production.Based on this,in order to further study industrial automation instruments and improve their automation control technology level,the article mainly starts from the overview of industrial automation instruments and automation control technology,and introduces an industrial automation instrument automation control detection system,which is designed based on LabVIEW software platform.It can effectively reduce errors caused by manual operation,improve the efficiency of industrial production inspection and product quality,and then improve the automatic level of industrial production.It is hoped that this research can provide reference experience for the development of industrial automation.
