振动成型沥青混合料在路面中的应用研究

摘要 为了揭示振动成型沥青混合料在沥青路面的应用效果及其对路用性能的影响规律,本文从振动成型法对沥青混合料体积指标的影响出发,分析了振动成型法对沥青混合料的体积参数、力学特性及相关路用性能的作用规律,提出了振动成型沥青混合料的设计方法与标准,并对室内小型试验场地内的进行了实体路面的铺筑与检测,所取得的研究成果总结如下:振动成型能够获得比马歇尔法更加密实的沥青混合料,毛体积相对密度较大,空隙率较小;振动成型时间越长,混合料越密实,其抗车辙性能越突出、低温抗裂性及水稳定性也越强;推荐振动成型60s作为沥青混合料振动成型的标准工艺,并以振动成型60s得到的毛体积相对密度为标准进行沥青路面压实度的控制标准;振动成型沥青混合料对于提高实体工程中沥青路面的各项路用性能具有显著的作用。 In order to reveal the application effect of vibration-compaction asphalt mixture in asphalt pavement and its influence law on pavement performance,the influence of vibration-compaction asphalt mixture volume index was studied,the action law of vibration-compaction asphalt mixture volume parameters,mechanical properties and related road performance was analyzed,and the design method and standard of vibration-compaction asphalt mixture were put forward.The research results are summarized as follows:vibration-compaction can obtain a more dense asphalt mixture than the Marshall method,with larger gross volume relative density and smaller void ratio.The longer the vibration-compaction time is,the denser the mixture is,the more prominent its rutting resistance,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability are.It is recommended that vibration-compaction for the 60s be used as the standard process of vibration-compaction of asphalt mixture,and the compactness of asphalt pavement should be controlled based on the relative density of gross volume obtained by vibration-compaction for 60s.vibration-compaction asphalt mixture plays a significant role in improving the pavement performance of asphalt pavement in physical engineering.
