摘要
本文主要介绍了在杭州市湖州区南林大桥项目106m下承式钢桁架拱桥施工中,由于该拱桥所跨越的主航道桥部分施工场地狭小,工期紧张且桥址范围有污水管线,因此采用岸边整体拼装然后顶推到位的施工工艺。由于拱桥在岸边进行拼装和顶推,因此对拱桥下方临时支架提出很高要求,该支架不但要满足拱桥拼装时所承受的竖向承载力,而且还要满足拱桥顶推时的水平受力要求。针对上述情况,项目部通过对现场地形和地质条件进行详细调查,对临时支撑胎架位置进行详细规划,同时对支架受力进行科学计算,使得临时支架同时满足了钢拱桥拼装和顶推的受力要求。该支架结构简约明确,不但保证了支架的稳定性和安全性,而且减少了支架的安装和拆除工作量,降低了施工措施费用。该施工方法也为类似施工提供了一种解决思路。
This paper mainly introduces the construction technology of 106m through steel truss arch bridge in Suzhou Wuyue Avenue Nanlin road bridge project.Because the construction site of the main navigation bridge crossed by the arch bridge is narrow,the construction period is tight,and there are sewage pipelines in the bridge site,the construction technology of integral assembly on the Bank and pushing in place is adopted.Because the arch bridge is assembled and pushed on the bank,high requirements are put forward for the temporary support jig under the arch bridge.The support should not only meet the vertical bearing capacity of the arch bridge during assembly,but also meet the horizontal bearing requirements of the arch bridge during pushing.In view of the above situation,the project department carried out detailed investigation on the site terrain and geological conditions,made detailed planning on the position of the temporary support jig frame,and carefully calculated the stress of the support,so that the temporary support can meet the stress requirements of steel arch bridge assembly and jacking at the same time.The support structure is simple and clear,which not only ensures the stability and safety of the support,but also reduces the workload of installation and removal of the support and reduces the cost of construction measures.This construction method also provides a solution for similar construction.
