医护患一体化模式对骨肉瘤患者术后疼痛缓解及保肢评分的影响

Effect of doctor-nurse-patient integration model on postoperative pain relief and MSTS score of patients with osteosarcoma

目的 探讨医护患一体化模式对骨肉瘤术后患者疼痛缓解及保肢评分的影响。方法 选取2018年2月至2020年4月间河南省郑州市骨科医院收治的接受手术治疗的86例骨肉瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用医护患一体化护理模式干预。比较两组患者的数字疼痛分级评分(NRS)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、骨与软组织肿瘤协会保肢评分系统(MSTS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分及Spitzer生活质量指数量表(SQOL)评分。结果 护理后,两组患者的NRS和VAS评分低于护理前,SQOL评分高于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的NRS和VAS评分低于对照组,SQOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的MSTS评分高于护理前,观察组患者的MSTS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 医护患一体化模式干预骨肉瘤术后患者,可缓解疼痛,促进患者肢体功能恢复,提升生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of doctor-nurse-patient integration model on postoperative pain relief and scores of Musculoskeletal Tumor Society(MSTS) scoring system and Toronto Extremity Salvage Score(TESS) in osteosarcoma patients. Methods From February 2018 to April 2020, 86 patients with osteosarcoma were selected. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 43 cases in each group. The observation group was given nursing intervention based on doctor-nurse-patient integration model and the control group was given conventional nursing intervention. Numerical rating scale(NRS), visual analogue scale(VAS), MSTS, Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and Spitzer quality of life index(SQOL) were compared. Results The NRS and VAS scores decreased in the two groups after nursing compared with those before nursing(all P<0.05). The SQOL score increased in the two groups after nursing compared with those before nursing(all P<0.05). The scores of NRS and VAS were lower in the observation group than in the control group and the scores of SQOL were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The MSTS score increased in the two groups after nursing compared with those before nursing, and the MSTS score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated mode of doctor-patient intervention in patients with osteosarcoma can relieve pain, promote the recovery of limb function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
