在线健康社区用户信息采纳行为研究

Examining Information Adoption Behaviour of Online Health Community Users

在线健康社区中,由于信息质量和来源难以判断,用户往往对此缺乏信任,这将影响他们对健康信息的采纳,进而影响在线健康社区的可持续性发展。整合信息采纳模型和社会交互理论构建研究模型,对收集到的544份有效问卷采用结构方程模型分析。研究结果发现,信息因素(论据质量、来源可信度)和社会交互(相似度、熟悉度)通过感知有用性和信任影响用户的信息采纳意愿。研究结果启示在线健康社区需要采取措施提高信息质量,构建支持交互的社区氛围,从而提高用户采纳意愿,促进在线健康社区的持续快速发展。

In online health communities(OHC),due to the difficulty of assessing the information quality and source,users often lack trust,which leads to their low adoption and hinders the sustainable development of OHC.This research developed the research model based on Information Adoption Model and Social Interaction Theory.544 valid samples were collected and analyzed with the SEM software.The results indicated that information factors(argument quality and source credibility)and social interaction(similarity and familiarity)affect users'information adoption intention through perceived usefulness and trust.The results imply that OHC need to improve information quality and create a supportive community climate in order to facilitate users'adoption intention and ensure community development.
