技术监理的国家重大测绘工程应用研究

Research on application of technical supervision in national major surveying and mapping projects

针对国家重大测绘地理信息工程监理需求,本文结合测绘监理的需求、特点和发展现状,分析了传统测绘监理在国家级重大测绘地理信息工程中应用的局限性,首次提出了测绘技术监理的概念,研究得出了技术监理的内容和应用特点。通过技术监理在实际工程中的应用及成效分析,验证了技术监理的优势和可行性,可有效克服传统测绘监理的局限性。本文研究内容可指导相应质量控制工作的开展,为国家重大测绘地理信息工程质量控制提供参考。

In response to the supervision requirements of major national surveying and mapping geographic information projects,this article combines the needs,characteristics and development status of surveying and mapping supervision to analyze the limitations of conventional surveying and mapping supervision in the application of national major surveying and mapping geographic information projects,for the first time,the concept of surveying and mapping technical supervision,the content and application characteristics of technical supervision are obtained.Through the application of technical supervision in actual projects,the analysis and verification of the advantages and feasibility of this method have been verified,It can effectively overcome the limitations of traditional surveying and mapping supervision.The research content of this paper can effectively guide the development of subsequent corresponding quality control work,which is a major national surveying and mapping geographic information project.Provide reference for quality control.
