“三精准”视域下新时代学校体育大面积大幅度提升学生体质干预策略研究 被引量:22

摘要 近年来,在国家不断重视学生体质的形势下,学生体质健康状况出现转好的趋势,但从全局看,我国青少年学生体质状况依然不容乐观,大面积大幅度提升青少年学生体质依然是新时代学校体育的重要工作。现阶段,大面积大幅度提升学生体质的局面还尚未形成。究其原因是国家层面缺乏科学、精准、明确和有共识的体质提升目标,缺乏系统有力的实施方略和推进工程,权威的《国家学生体质健康标准》还面临若干促进功能失效的现象,进而造成各地区和基层学校在增强学生体质工作方面正面临测量、分析与干预“三不精准”的困局。要实现学生体质大面积大幅度提升,就必须推进学生体质提升的精准测量、精准分析和精准干预的“三精准”工作。 in recent years,under the situation that the state continues to pay attention to students’physique,students’physique and health have a trend of getting better.However,in the overall situation,the physique of young students in China is still not optimistic.Improving the physique of young students in a large area is still the most important work of school physical education in the new era.However,the situation of large-scale and substantial improvement of students’physique has not yet appeared,and there are few good experiences and“special drugs”to enhance students’physique.The reason is that at the national level,there is still a lack of scientific,accurate,clear and consensus physique improvement objectives,a lack of systematic and powerful implementation strategies and promotion projects,and the authoritative national student physique health standard is also faced with several failures of promotion functions,which has led to the difficulties of measurement,analysis and intervention in enhancing students’Physique in various regions and grass-roots schools The dilemma of“three inaccuracies”,and to realize the large-scale and substantial improvement of students’physique,we must promote the“three precision”work of accurate measurement,accurate analysis and accurate intervention of students’physique improvement.
