摘要
通过文献资料法研究新中国成立以来竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量的成长模式及其特征、贡献和不足,并在此基础上提出进一步优化的策略。研究认为,社会和市场力量的成长模式表现为嵌入、依附、革新、共赢四位一体,其中嵌入与依附形成了我国竞技体育发展中国家与社会间相对稳定的结构性关系,革新与共赢则起到调谐两者关系,保持双向互动,激发发展活力的目的和作用。研究建议,新时代我国竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量成长模式的优化,需要政府帮扶社会、市场力量成长,切实发挥好自身的“元治理”作用,社会和市场力量以办训、办赛为核心,不断提升自身的发展竞争力,社会和市场力量把握民众需求变化特点,提升多元竞技体育产品生产与供给的质量,以服务基层需求为根本,打造社会、市场力量参与竞技体育发展的活力。
Through the method of literature,we analyzed the growth mode,characteristics,contributions and deficiencies of social and market forces in the development of competitive sports since the founding of new China,and put forward the strategies for further optimization in the new era.The research showed that the growth of social and market forces in the development of competitive sports in China is manifested in the integration of embeddedness,dependence,innovation and win-win.Embeddedness and dependence form a relatively stable structural relationship between countries and society in China’s competitive sports developing.Innovation and win-win play the purpose and role of tuning the relationship between the two sides,maintaining two-way interaction and stimulating development vitality.The research suggested that the optimization of the growth mode of social and market forces in the development of competitive sports in China in the new era requires the government to help the growth of social and market forces,give full play to their“meta governance”role,and social and market forces to continuously improve their development competitiveness with training and competition as the core,so that social and market forces can grasp the changing characteristics of people’s needs,improve the quality of production and supply of diversified competitive sports products,take serving grass-roots needs as the foundation,and create the vitality of social and market forces to participate in the development of competitive sports.
