摘要
针对铣削端齿后产生的毛刺难以去除现象,开展铣削端齿无毛刺加工工艺研究,端齿冲压成形技术研究,提高加工效率和实物质量的一致性,高效加工,并制定端齿型面及边缘去毛刺质量的检查方法,解决在装配试验及产品使用过程中,调节部位端面齿轮产生的卡滞故障。
Aiming at the phenomenon that it is difficult to remove the burr after milling the end teeth,the burr free machining process of milling the end teeth and the stamping forming technology of the end teeth were studied.The consistency of processing efficiency and physical quality was improved,and the processing was efficient.The inspection method of deburring quality of end tooth profile and edge was formulated.It solved the stuck fault of the end face gear of the adjusting part during assembly test and product usage.
