摘要
某型号激光捷联惯组要求振动频率在全温度范围内频率不能变化太大。惯组原减振器继承了传统三向柱形减振器结构形式,始终不能满足要求。针对上述问题,对惯组减振器结构形式、减振方式进行了优化设计,优化后通过了相关试验考核。研究结果对惯性系统减振系统的设计具有一定的参考意义。
The resonant frequency of angular vibration of a Laser Strapdown IMU requires the resonant frequency of linear vibration maintains in a small range.The original damper of the Laser Strapdown IMU applied a structure of traditional three-dimensional cylindrical damper,which cannot satisfy the demand.According to the problem above,an optimization design to the structure of the damper of vibration reduction system has been applied.The related experimental study have been carried out and proved.The research results have some reference value for the vibration reduction design of inertial system.
