文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法探析武术作为一种媒介要传播的是什么信息,能给当下的人们带来怎样的知识与智慧,又会产生怎样的精神作用。因此,通过对武术内涵的技艺与思想审视得出结果:武术技艺从外在形式上起着引导人们保存生命、保养生命、体认生命的作用。继而再此基础上完成社会人伦道德秩序的构建,如"身心合一"观、"侠义"观、"爱国"观、"为生民立命"理想观、"吾日三省"君子观。最后,武术进行思想的二次升华达到超脱的状态,即"天人合一"观"禅武合一"观、"道法自然"观,而这也正是武者们所要追求的最终境界。

This paper uses literature data method,expert interview method and logical analysis methods to analyze what information Wushu spreads as a medium,and what kind of knowledge and wisdom it can bring to the current people.Therefore,through the examination of the connotation of Wushu,the results are obtained:Wushu skills play a role in guiding people to save,maintain and recognize life from the external form.Then on this basis,the construction of the moral order of human affairs and society will be completed,such as "unity of body and mind","chivalry","patriotism",ideal concept of "living for a living",and gentleman view of "our three provinces of Japan".Finally,the secondary sublimation of Wushu reaches the state of transcendence,namely "the unity of heaven and man","the unity of Zen and Wushu" and "the concept of Taoism and nature",which is the ultimate realm that Wushu want to pursue.
