《中国武术导论》课程“三度”教学设计

摘要 《中国武术导论》是武术与民族传统体育专业核心课程之一,对该课程进行课程饱和度、课程深度和学业紧张度的课程"三度"建设。课程"三度"建设以打造 "金课"提升课堂教学质量为导向,是学校提升课程质量重要举措。研究认为:通过优化课程教学目标,明确学习成果导向;更新教材内容,拓展课程深度;扩充教学内容,拓展课程广度;优化知识结构,促进知识迁移;转变教学方式,提高学生课程参与度;探究性学习促进专业知识理解与应用;突出过程性考核,提升学生学业紧张度可提升学生自主学习能力。 Introduction to Chinese Wushu is one of the core courses of Wushu,national and traditional physical education.It carries out the curriculum "three degrees” construction of curriculum saturation,curriculum depth and academic tension.Guided by creating "golden Courses" and improving classroom teaching quality,the " three degrees " construction of curriculum is an important measure for the school to improve curriculum quality,with the purpose of improving students’ autonomous learning ability.By optimizing the teaching objectives of the course and taking the objective dimension as the guidance,the learning results are clarified;Update the content of teaching materials and expand the depth of courses;Expand the teaching content and expand the breadth of the course;Optimize knowledge structure and promote knowledge transfer;Change teaching methods and improve students’ participation in courses;Inquiry learning promotes the understanding and application of professional knowledge;Highlight the process assessment and improve students’ academic tension.
