摘要
文章采用文献资料法、调查法、实验法和数理统计法,探讨健身气功大舞习练对亚健康大学女生身体素质、心理健康方面的影响。对39名来自沈阳体育学院非体专业的大学女生进行了24周,每周5~7次,每次连续3套,每套中间间隔5分钟的健身气功大舞练习。通过对受试者身体素质、心理健康指标各项数据的习练前后的对比,分析健身气功大舞对亚健康大学女生的健身作用及功效。研究得出,习练24周健身气功大舞对亚健康大学女生的的身体素质具有较好的改善作用,尤以上肢力量和下肢平衡能力的改善较为显著;在一定程度上可增进亚健康大学女生的生活乐趣,促进注意力集中,改善内心不良情绪、情感空虚和认知能力,对心理健康和社会适应具有良好的调节作用。
Using literature, investigation, experimental, mathematical statistics method, explore the influence of Health Qigong Dawu practice on the physical and mental health of Sub-health university girls 39 non-physical college girls from the Shenyang Sport University were trained for 24 weeks, 5 to 7 times a week, 3 sets each time, with 5 minutes interval between each set of Health Qigong Dawu exercises. Through the comparison of the data of the subjects’ physical fitness and mental health indicators before and after the exercise, the fitness effect and efficacy of the Health Qigong Dawu on sub-healthy university girls are analyzed. The research shows that practicing 24 weeks of Health Qigong Dawu has a better effect on improving the physical fitness of sub-health university girls, especially the improvement of upper limb strength and lower limb balance ability;to a certain extent, it can improve the subhealth university,the joy of life for girls promotes concentration, improves inner bad mood, emotional emptiness and cognitive ability, and has a good regulatory effect on mental health and social adaptation.
