大容量高舒适航天纸尿裤研究

摘要 针对长期航天飞行航天员任务需求特点,开展大容量、高舒适性、全弹性透气型纸尿裤研究。以TPU/PP弹性片材为基础,通过机台预制拉伸,超声波高精度定位粘合,无延时穿孔技术,制作出航天纸尿裤双模芯体,通过实验分析了弹性材料在不同拉伸倍率情况下的开孔均匀性及焊接强度,以及不同组合吸收系统的吸收能力。结果表明:弹性材料TPU/PP的预先拉伸倍率优选为4.2倍;弹性腰围侧边焊接强度均在优选焊接强度范围(12~18)N/25 mm内;双模芯体显著降低产品厚度的同时,其饱和吸收量也明显提升。 According to the needs and characteristics of long-term space flight missions,space diapers with large-capacity,more comfortable,fully elastic and breathable was studied in this paper.Based on TPU/PP elastic sheet,the double mold core of space diapers was made through machine prefabrication and stretching,ultrasonic high-precision positioning and bonding,and no delay perforation technology.The opening uniformity and welding strength of the elastic materials under different tensile ratios,as well as the absorption capacity of different combined absorption systems were analyzed through experiments.The results showed that the pre stretching ratio of the elastic material TPU/PP was preferably 4.2 times and the side welding strength of elastic waistline was within the preferred welding strength range(12~18)N/25 mm.The thickness of the product was significantly reduced,while the saturated absorption was also significantly increased.
