餐厨垃圾三相分离的固态残渣与水稻秸秆混合干式厌氧消化的产气规律研究

摘要 餐厨垃圾三相分离后的固态残渣碳氮比较低,通过添加水稻秸秆调节其碳氮比后开展干式厌氧消化序批实验,考察其产气规律。结果显示:在65 d的发酵周期内,纯餐厨废渣的干式厌氧消化产气潜力为389.5 mL·g^(-1)VS,按5∶1的比例加入水稻秸秆的产气潜力可以达到409.9 mL·g^(-1)VS,二者混合发酵产气率较单一原料增加27.3%;发酵过程中氨氮积累至4000 mg·L^(-1),Methanosarcina是餐厨废渣厌氧消化过程中的优势产甲烷古菌,其相对丰度高达91.7%。 The C/N of solid residue after three-phase separation of food waste is relatively low.In this study,batch experiment of dry anaerobic digestion was carried out to investigate the law of biogas production by adding rice straw to adjust C/N.The results showed that in the 65 days,the biogas production potential of dry anaerobic digestion of pure food waste residues was 389.5 mL·g^(-1)VS,and the biogas production potential of adding rice straw in the ratio of 5∶1 could be 409.9 mL·g^(-1)VS,increased by 27.3%;Affected by high ammonia nitrogen content 4000 mg·L^(-1),Methanosarcina is the dominant methanogenic in the anaerobic digestion of food waste residues,and its abundance accounts for more than 91.7%.
