摘要
采用等温22℃操作模式,依据GB/T 30727—2014《固体生物质燃料发热量测定方法》中要求的测试步骤对生物质成型燃料的弹筒发热量进行了测定,并根据不确定度的评定标准,依据弹筒发热量的数学公式模型对整个实验过程中的不确定度来源进行分析评定,主要从样品称重、苯甲酸标准物质以及测量重复性3个方面进行分析。结果表明:生物质成型燃料样品弹筒发热量结果表示为:18640±31 J·g^(-1);样品称重、苯甲酸标准物质、采用苯甲酸校准设备热容量和样品测量重复性相对不确定度分别为0.0289%、0.05%、 0.0293%和0.0529%,样品测量重复性引入的不确定度略微偏大。通过分析,在对生物质成型燃料弹筒发热量进行测试时应重点关注样品测量重复性;对应用等温22℃操作模式测定生物质成型燃料的弹筒发热量提供参考价值。
In this study,the calorific value of the cartridge of biomass briquettes was measured according to the test procedures required in GB/T 30727—2014 "Method for the determination of the calorific value of solid biomass fuel" by using an isothermal 22℃ operation mode.The uncertainty was evaluated by analyzing and evaluating the source of uncertainty in the whole experiment process,containing sample weighing,benzoic acid standard material and measurement repeatability.The results showed that the calorific value of the biomass fuel sample cartridge is expressed as:18640±31 J·g^(-1);while relative uncertainty of sample weighing,benzoic acid standard material,heat capacity of benzoic acid calibration equipment and sample measurement repeatability were 0.0289%、 0.05%、 0.0293% and 0.0529% respectively.The uncertainty introduced by the sample measurement repeatability was slightly larger.More attention should focus on the repeatability of the sample measurement when testing the calorific value of the biomass briquette fuel cartridge.This study provided reference value for the application of the isothermal 22℃ operation mode to determine the calorific value of the biomass briquette cartridge.
