两种车载下楼椅在院前急救搬运中的应用对比

目的:通过分析两种履带式楼梯椅和车载折叠椅在院前急救搬运工作中应用,比较两者在院前急救工作中的实用性、便捷性及患者的舒适度方面的优劣。方法:将北京急救中心2018年1-12月期间转运的搬抬下楼者109例作为研究对象,其中使用手动履带式楼梯椅搬运的64例(试验组),使用车载折叠椅搬运的45例(对照组)。对疾病分类、搬运时间、搬运人员体力消耗情况,患者舒适度等多项数据进行统计和分析。结果:从二层到六层转运患者时,使用手动履带式楼梯椅搬运者总评价省力,患者舒适度高;使用车载折叠椅,搬运者费力,搬运时间长且人数多,患者舒适度差。结论:手动履带式楼梯椅灵活安全、简单方便、省时省力,在院前搬运中起到重要作用。

Objective:by analyzing the application of two kinds of crawler stair chair and vehicle folding chair in pre hospital f irst aid handling,to compare their practicability,convenience and patient comfort in pre hospital f irst aid.Methods:109 people transported downstairs by Beijing Emergency Center from January to December 2018 were taken as the research object,including 64 cases carried by manual crawler stair chairs(experimental group)and 45 cases carried by vehicle folding chairs(control group).The disease classif ication,transportation time,physical consumption of transportation personnel,patient comfort and other data were counted and analyzed.Results:when transporting patients from the second f loor to the sixth f loor,the manual crawler stair chair was used.The overall evaluation was labor-saving and the comfort of patients was high.The use of vehicle mounted folding chair is laborious,long and large,and the comfort of patients is poor.Conclusion:the manual crawler stair chair is f lexible,safe,simple,convenient,time-saving and labor-saving.It plays an important role in pre hospital transportation.
