摘要
亚太地区将是2022年全球石油进口需求恢复的引擎,中国将继续保持全球最大原油进口国地位,利好能源运输企业。扩大内需将进一步带动我国炼化行业的发展,从而支撑我国原油需求稳步增长。RCEP生效后,关税减让降低贸易成本,有利于带动下游需求,同时有助于部分领域扩大出口,进一步打开对外消费市场,利好能源运输。按照“双碳”目标的要求,能源运输企业和炼化企业都将面临碳排放的问题。
