参芪扶正注射液配合放疗对晚期肺癌的效果

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Radiotherapy on Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:分析研究参芪扶正注射液配合放疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床效果。方法:以随机样本抽样法选取河南大学第一附属医院2020年1月至2021年1月期间收治的晚期肺癌患者80例,以先后入院时间等分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予放疗,观察组给予放疗+参芪扶正注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血清相关指标、白细胞介素–2(IL–2)水平、自然杀伤细胞(NK)、淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞(LAK)、不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00 %,高于对照组的70.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的基质金属蛋白酶–9(MMP–9)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的IL–2、NK、LAK水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察患者不良反应的总发生率为2.50 %,低于对照组的20.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液+放疗治疗晚期肺癌效果显著。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected by random sample sampling method,and divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with radiotherapy combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection.The therapeutic effect,serum related indicators,interleukin-2 (IL-2) level,natural killer cells (NK),lymphokine-activated killer cells (LAK) and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2,NK and LAK cells in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.50%,lower than 20.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with radiotherapy has significant effect on advanced lung cancer.
