耳穴压豆联合西医常规疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Observation on Curative effect of Auricular Pressure Combined with Conventional Western Medicine on Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察耳穴压豆联合西医常规疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对心功能和血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取河南省中医院2020年1月至2021年6月期间收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予西医常规疗法,观察组给予耳穴压豆联合西医常规疗法。观察两组患者治疗前后心功能指标〔左室心肌质量指数(LVMI)、每搏输出量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)〕。检测血清促炎症因子〔肿瘤坏死因子–α(TNF–α)、白细胞介素–6(IL–6)、干扰素–γ(IFN–γ)〕,抑炎症因子〔IL–4、IL–10、转化生长因子–β(TGF–β)〕的含量。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.8 %,高于对照组的82.2 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的LVMI低于对照组,SV、CI高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的TNF–α、IL–6、IFN–γ低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的IL–4、IL–10、TGF–β高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为8.9 %(4/45),观察组为6.7 %(3/45),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合西医常规疗法可有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和炎症因子。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular pressure combined with conventional western medicine on chronic heart failure and effect of cardiac function and serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Henan Provincial Hospital of TCM from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy,and the observation group was given auricular pressure combined with conventional western medicine therapy.Cardiac function indexes[left ventricular myocardial mass index (LVMI),stroke volume (SV),cardiac index (CI)]were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The contents of pro-inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interferon-γ (IFN-γ)],and anti-inflammatory factors[IL-4,IL-10,transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)]were detected in serum.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.8 %,higher than 82.2% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,LVMI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,SV and CI were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IFN-γ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.9% (4/45) in the control group and 6.7% (3/45) in the observation group,with no statistical significance (P > 0.05).Conclusion Auricular pressure combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve cardiac function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure.
