积雪苷联合异维A酸治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Asiaticoside Combined with Isotretinoin in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Acne

目的:探讨中重度痤疮患者接受积雪苷与异维A酸联合治疗的效果。方法:选取肇庆市第二人民医院2020年5月至2021年7月期间收治的120例中重度痤疮患者,根据治疗方案差异分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予异维A酸治疗,观察组给予积雪苷联合异维A酸治疗,比较治疗情况,如疗效、症状评分、满意度等。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67 %,高于对照组的66.67 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的色素沉着、脓疱、丘疹、面部红斑评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的痤疮面部疤痕评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗满意度96.67 %,高于对照组的76.67 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中重度痤疮患者采用积雪苷与异维A酸联合给药治疗的效果较好,其各项症状的均可得到较大程度的改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of asiaticoside combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods A total of 120 patients with moderate and severe acne admitted to the the Second People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of treatment regimen,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isotretinoic,and the observation group was treated with asiaticoside combined with isotretinoin.The treatment status,such as efficacy,symptom score and satisfaction was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 66.67% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of pigmentation,pus,papules and facial erythema in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05);the global acne grading system (GAGS) score of the observation?group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the acne facial scar score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 76.67% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of moderate and severe acne patients by asiaticoside combined with isotretinoin acid has a better effect,and the symptoms can be greatly improved.
