基于VxWorks的星务软件快速加载重构研究

Research on OBDH software reconstructing technique of quickly load and reconfiguration based on VxWorks

星务软件动态重构是卫星在轨各种故障处理的重要手段,已成为长寿命、高可靠卫星系统设计的重要功能之一。随着卫星功能软件化比重的提高,作为卫星功能中枢的星务软件多已采用实时操作系统,以适应复杂的在轨多任务需求。国内航天软件领域已提出多种星务软件重构方法,但存在可重构代码地址空间有限,重构数据块过大等问题,在轨实用性一般。文中基于VxWorks操作系统的模块装载方法,提出适用于信道资源和存储空间受限的星务软件细粒度快速加载重构技术。通过量子通信科学实验卫星(QUESS)超期服役下新增载荷任务的在轨重构实验进行验证,该技术可使星务软件在重构空间和重构粒度上得到改进,减少了遥控上行上注单块数据量的大小,有效地提高了整星软件在轨的可靠性和可维护性。

Reconstruction of OBDH software is the important means of dealing with various fault of satellite in the orbit and has become one necessary function of long life and high reliability satellite design.With the increase of the proportion of software in satellite hardware functions,Real-Time Operating System(RTOS)has been used in satellite software as the core of satellite functions to meet the complex multi-task requirements.A variety of reconfiguration methods have been proposed in the field of domestic aerospace software domain,but there are some problems,such as limited address space of reconfigurable code,too large data block of reconfiguration and so on.Based on the module-load method of VxWorks operating system,this paper proposes quickly dynamic-load and reconfiguration technology for satellite service software,which is suitable for limited channel resources and storage space.Through the software reconstruction experiment of Quantum Experiment at Space Scale(QUESS),the technology can improve the reconstruction space and granularity of satellite software,reduce the amount of remote control injection data-block,and effectively improve the reliability and maintainability of the whole life-time satellite software.
