复合顶板工作面回撤通道围岩控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 工作面末采阶段靠近回撤通道时,围岩应力复杂,煤柱失稳灾变,导致回撤通道围岩变形显著,为解决巷道易发生整体性失稳的问题,本文以国家能源集团煤焦化公司蒙西棋盘井煤矿I030901回撤通道为例,采用FLAC^(3D)模拟软件,基于工作面超前支承压力特征与回撤通道围岩应力分布、变形特性,确定高水速凝砂浆材料墩柱加强支护方案合理参数,基于现场试验发现,工作面与回撤通道贯通前,墩柱支护效果良好,巷道顶板无明显断裂和下沉,满足回撤通道安全高效快速回撤的使用要求,验证了该技术的合理可靠性。 This article aims to solve the problem of significant deformation of surrounding rock and overall instability of the withdrawal channel due to complex surrounding rock stress and instability disaster of coal pillar when the working face is close to the withdrawal channel in the final mining stage.It adopts the I030901 withdrawal channel of Qipanjing Coal Mine,CHN Energy Coal Coking Company as an example,and utilizes the FLAC^(3D) simulation software to determine the reasonable parameters for the reinforced pier col⁃umns made of high-water-content quick-setting mortar based on the characteristics of lead abutment pressure of the working face and the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of the with⁃drawal channel.The field test results show that before the working face is connected with the withdrawal channel,the support effect of pier columns is good,and the roadway roof has no obvious fracture and subsidence,which meets the requirements for safe,efficient and rapid withdrawal by the withdrawal channel,thus this technology is feasible and reliable.
