双马煤矿4-2煤层采空区自然发火“三带”研究 被引量:2

摘要 为加强国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司矿井防灭火管理,更好地指导现场防灭火工作,双马煤矿采用温升速率和氧浓度指标的方法,对4-2煤层采空区自然发火“三带”测定、划分展开专项技术研究,现场通过采用布置束管和温度传感器相结合的措施,对采空区的气体和温度进行采集整理分析,确定了“三带”范围和合理注氮位置,为同一煤层不同工作面回采过程中煤层自燃预测预报和防灭火技术管理提供了良好的借鉴经验,确保矿井安全生产。 In order to strengthen the fire prevention and extinguishing management of mines of CHN Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.and better guide the on-site fire prevention and extinguishing work,special technical research on the determination and division of the“three zones”(heat dissipation zone,oxidation temperature rise zone,and asphyxiation zone)of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of No.4-2 coal seam of Shuangma Coal Mine has been carried out by adopting the methods of temperature rise rate and oxygen concentration index.The data of gas and temperature in the goaf has been collected,sorted and analyzed by taking measures combining bundled tubes and temperature sensors on site,determining the scope of“three zones”and proper nitrogen injection position finally.Therefore,this research can provide a good reference for the prediction of coal seam spontaneous combustion and the management of fire prevention and extinguish⁃ing during the stopping process of different working faces of the same coal seam,so as to ensure the safe production of mines.
