630 MW超临界机组风烟系统自启动控制研究与实践

摘要 本文以630 MW超临界机组为例,介绍了风烟系统功能组自动启动控制措施的研究与设计方法,实现机组从冷态到带吹扫风量的全过程自动控制功能及机组运行过程中的自动启动单侧风组功能。针对该过程中模拟量多变量控制、顺序控制与模拟量控制的衔接匹配等难点,通过合理有效的控制措施使控制过程平稳快速,风烟系统单、双侧均实现了平稳启动。 Taking 630 MW supercritical unit as an example,this article introduces the research and design method of auto-start control strategy of function group of air and flue gas system,realizes the whole process automatic control function of the unit from cold state to full process automatic control function with purge rate and auto-start single-side air group during the operation of the unit,with the difficulty of connection and matching of analog multivariable control,sequential control and analog control during the process,make the control process stable and fast through reasonable and effective control strategy to finally achieve singleside and double-side smooth start of air and flue gas system.
