米索前列醇联合催产素治疗剖宫产术后出血的作用

Effect of Misoprostol Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

目的:分析在剖宫产过程中应用米索前列醇与催产素进行联合干预对于产妇术后出血治疗所取得的临床效果。方法:在2018年10月至2019年10月期间选取平顶山市妇幼保健院治疗的剖宫产术后出血产妇100例作为研究对象,采用随机列表将其分为两组,对照组和观察组各50例。对照组使用米索前列醇对患者进行治疗,观察组使用米索前列醇与催产素进行联合干预,对两组患者的术后出血量、出血率等出血相关情况与发热、恶心、呕吐以及腹泻等不良反应情况进行记录与比较。结果:观察组产妇产后出血率(2.00%)显著低于对照组(14.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇在术中与术后2 h两个时间点的出血量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇术后发热、恶心、呕吐以及腹泻等4项不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在剖宫产过程中,通过米索前列醇与催产素进行联合干预,有利于产妇术后出血情况的有效改善,且不明显增加产妇治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined intervention of misoprostol and oxytocin during cesarean section in the treatment of postoperative hemorrhage in women.Methods 100 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019,were randomly selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups randomly,with 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with misoprostol,and patients in the observation group were treated with misoprostol and oxytocin combined intervention.Bleeding volume,bleeding rate and adverse reactions such as fever,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group(2.00%)was significantly lower than 14.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of maternal blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 2h after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of 4 adverse reactions including fever,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of caesarean section,the joint intervention of the oprotanol and oxytocin was conducive to the effective improvement of the postoperative hemorrhage of maternity surgery,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the process of maternal treatment.
