摘要
为保证辅机间冷空冷机组在夏季正常运行,开发了辅机喷雾降温装置。在每个冷却三角与百叶窗之间加装喷雾管路及喷嘴,为辅机间冷空冷机组提供细化水颗粒,利用风机的抽力将冷空气及部分细水雾颗粒通过散热器,迅速降低环境温度至设计温度以下,降低机组背压,提升机组出力能力,降低煤耗。现场使用表明,喷雾降温装置有助于辅机间冷机组安全运行,提高了系统的散热效率。
The spray cooling device of auxiliary machine was developed to ensure the normal operation of auxiliary machine indirect air cooling unit in summer.Spray pipes and nozzles were installed between each cooling triangle and shutter,and the fine water mist particles were provided for auxiliary machine indirect air cooling unit.The suction force of the fan moved cold air and some fine water mist particles through the radiator,thus reducing the ambient temperature below the design temperature and re⁃ducing the back pressure of the unit,improving the output capacity of the unit and reducing the coal consumption.The field ap⁃plication shows that spray cooling device is beneficial to the safe operation of auxiliary machine indirect air cooling unit and im⁃proves the heat dissipation efficiency of the system.
