摘要
本文通过对19世纪法国学院派画家让·莱昂·热罗姆人生经历和艺术创作的回顾,呈现出画家对“东方主义”式伊斯兰色情图像的创造与传播;同时,从反思“东方主义”的立场,重新检视贯穿热罗姆整个创作生涯的东方主义绘画,分析了艺术家被塑造和定义的原因。通过对热罗姆的“摄影挪用”、“全景式绘画”等绘画创新的研究,展现出画家在“东方主义”这一创作方向上的探索与创新,并同时提示“东方主义”这一概念也会随着时代的变化调整,影响到艺术史的“知识”生成和发展,并不断地在新的时期产生持续的影响。
This paper demonstrated how French academic painter Jean-Leon Gerome created and disseminated“Orientalism”Islamic pornographic pictures in the nineteenth century by reviewing his experiences and artistic creation,re-examined the Orientalism paintings throughout his entire creating career based on the reflection on“Orientalism”and analyzed the reasons why artists are shaped and defined.In addition,this paper showed his exploration and innovation in“Orientalism”by studying his“photographic application”and“panoramic painting”and meanwhile mentioned that the concept of“Orientalism”will also be adjusted with the changes of the times,affect the generation and development of“knowledge”of art history and have a lasting effect in the new era.
