伦理视角下国际疫苗犹豫研究进展及启示

Research on International Vaccine Hesitancy Research from the Perspective of Ethics

为梳理国际疫苗犹豫研究的发展脉络,以呈现该领域的研究进展,以Web of Science收录疫苗犹豫为主题的1239篇文献为分析样本(1994年~2021年),运用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量学分析,以挖掘疫苗犹豫研究的前沿热点,并分析由此产生的伦理问题。结果发现国际上疫苗犹豫相关研究热点包括新型冠状病毒疫苗犹豫、父母对儿童接种疫苗犹豫、人类乳头瘤病毒疫苗犹豫等,以新型冠状病毒疫苗犹豫为代表的伦理问题较为突出。我国相关部门要加大对疫苗犹豫研究的重视,并制定符合伦理的政策,从而提高我国群众疫苗接种率。

To identify the development trend of vaccine hesitancy research worldwide,1239 literatures on vaccine hesitancy collected by the Web of Science were used as analysis samples(1994-2021),and CiteSpace software was used for bibliometric analysis,so as to dig out the frontier hotspots of vaccine hesitancy research and analyze the ethical issues arising therefrom.The research hotspots included vaccine hesitation on COVID-19,parental hesitancy and HPV vaccine hesitancy,etc.Relevant departments should pay more attention to the phenomenon of vaccine hesitancy and address relevant ethical policies,and eventually improve the vaccination rate of various vaccines in China.
