Research progress on the myocardial protectionefects of SGB and its action mechanism

星状神经节阻滞(SGB)在临床治疗中主要应用于疼痛综合症,近年来大量研究证明SGB可以通过多种方式起到重要的脏器保护作用。本文概述了其对心肌的保护作用和机制。SGB可以通过多种作用机制发挥一定的心肌保护作用。但是目前关于SGB心肌保护的临床试验研究相对较少,多数研究结果是从动物试验中获得的,因此还需要大量的临床试验进行研究。同时,目前不同侧SGB对心血管系统的影响仍存在一些争议,不同侧SGB对心功能的影响不同,可能与各侧不对称或部分存在的节后神经纤维的支配有关。

The stellate ganglion block(SGB)is mainly used in the treatment of pain syndrome in clinical practice.In recent years,SGB has been proved to play an important role in organ protection in many ways.This article reviews the protective effects of SGB on myocardium and its action mechanism.SGB can play a role in myocardial protection through a variety of mechanisms,however,there are few clinical researches about the protective effects of SGB on myocardium,most of the results are obtained from animal researches,therefore,a large number of clinical studies are needed.At the same time,there are still some disputes about the effects of SGB on cardiovascular system,and the effects of SGB on cardiac function are different in different sides,which may be related to the innervation of the unsymmetrical or partial postganglionic nerve fibers.
