基于艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线对结肠癌患者术后康复与生活质量提升的效果

Effects of nursing intervention based on Ebbinghaus forgetting curve on postoperative rehabilitation and life quality of patients with colon cancer

目的分析基于艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线的护理干预对结肠癌患者术后康复与生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1~12月收治的64例结肠癌手术患者作对照组,予以常规护理;选取2020年1~12月收治的35例结肠癌手术患者作观察组,予以基于艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线的护理干预,对比2组的术后康复效果、生命意义感及生活质量。结果观察组患者的术后排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复、首进流食、首进普食及住院时间均比对照组短(P<0.05),且观察组患者的癌症康复评价系统简表(CARES-SF)评分为(7.70±2.56)分较对照组的(12.72±3.50)分低(P<0.05);观察组的癌症患者生命意义感量表(C-MiLS)评分为(80.85±15.60)分较对照组的(70.49±11.14)分高(P<0.05);观察组的中文版癌症患者生命质量通用量表(FACT-G)评分为(79.97±12.74)分较对照组的(65.71±12.51)分高(P<0.05)。结论基于艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线的护理干预在结肠癌手术患者中的应用效果显著,有助于促进其术后康复,并且提升生命意义感及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention based on Ebbinghaus forgetting curve on postoperative rehabilitation and life quality of patients with colon cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with colon cancer who were treated by surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled as control group,who were treated by routine nursing,and the other 35 patients with colon cancer who were treated by surgery in our hospital January 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled as observation group,who were treated by the nursing intervention based on Ebbinghaus forgetting curve.The postoperative rehabilitation effects,sense of life and life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative exhaust time,defecation time,bowel sound recovery,first intake of liquid food,first intake of general food and hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The CARES-SF scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),but,the C-MiLS scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the FACT-G scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve has obvious effects for the patients with colon cancer after operation,which is helpful for promoting the postoperative recovery,and improving the sense of life and life quality of patients.
