摘要
采用天丝纤维,利用示踪纤维法得到环锭纺、赛络纺、赛络紧密纺三种单纱,分析不同纺纱方式下纱线的性能和内部结构特征。分析结果表明:实验条件下,赛络纺单纱的断裂强度最大,赛络紧密纺单纱的条干和毛羽较优;环锭纺单纱内部纤维近似呈同心圆柱形螺旋线结构,纤维轨迹有明显的周期性和规律性,纤维内外转移较小;赛络纺和赛络紧密纺单纱内纤维三维轨迹近似呈现圆锥型螺旋线结构,轨迹没有明显规律性,纤维内外转移较大,径向位置的分布范围较大,抱合力较好,因而单纱强度较高。
Tencel fiber was adopted and three ring,siro and siro-compact spinning single yarns were obtained by tracer fiber method.The properties and internal structural characteristics of yarns with different spinning methods were analyzed.The results showed that under the experiment conditions,the breaking strength of siro spinning single yarn was highest,the evenness and hairiness of siro-compact spinning single yarn were better.The internal fiber of ring spinning single yarn showed concentric cylindrical spiral structure,fiber track had obvious periodicity and regularity and the internal and external transfer of the fiber was relatively small.The 3D track of fibers of siro and siro-compact spinning single yarns showed approximately conical spiral structure,the track had no obvious regularity,the internal and external transfer of fiber was relatively large,the radial distribution range was larger and cohesive force was better,which resulted in higher strength of the single yarn.
