缝合对高温除尘滤料结构与性能的影响

摘要 选取了芳纶(芳纶短纤基布)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)混纤(PTFE长丝基布)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)(PTFE长丝基布)3种针刺非织造高温除尘滤料,分别测试了3种滤料缝合前后的结构形貌、拉伸性能和过滤性能。结果表明:缝合后,芳纶滤料、PPS/PTFE混纤滤料、PTFE滤料的经向断裂强力分别增加了22.27%、29.51%、46.59%,纬向断裂强力增加了-67.95%、5.94%、-40.49%;其清灰时间降低,平均残余阻力增加,过滤效率分别降低了0.05%、0.002%、0.0006%,即过滤效率无明显变化。 Three kinds of needle punched nonwoven high-temperature dust removal filter materials including aramid(aramid staple fiber base cloth),polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)/polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)fixed fiber(PTFE filament base cloth)and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)(PTFE filament base cloth)were selected to test their structural morphologies,tensile properties and filtration properties before and after stitching.The results showed that after stitching,the warp breaking strength of aramid filter material,PPS/PTFE mixed fiber filter material and PTFE filter material increased by 22.27%,29.51%and 46.59%respectively,and the weft breaking strength increased by-67.95%,5.94%and-40.49%respectively.The dust removal decreased,the average residual resistance increased,and the filtration efficiency decreased by 0.05%,0.002%and 0.0006%respectively,that was,the filtration efficiency had no obvious change.
