摘要
针对传统木质乐器水性底漆涂料受环境影响易出现韧性不足的问题,提出用微胶囊自修复技术对木质乐器水性底漆涂料的韧性进行优化。通过单因素试验和正交试验对微胶囊制备工艺进行优化,探讨了微胶囊含量对木质乐器水性底漆涂料性能的影响。结果表明:微胶囊最佳制备工艺为水浴温度70℃,陈放时间120 h,芯壁比0.58∶1;微胶囊最佳含量为10%。以最佳条件制备的微胶囊水性底漆涂料各方面性能优良,可以用于音乐乐器涂料的修复。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient toughness of traditional water-based primer coatings for wooden musical instruments affected by environment,microcapsule self repair technology is proposed to optimize the toughness of water-based primer coatings for wooden musical instruments.The preparation process of microcapsule was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test,and the effect of microcapsule content on the performance of waterborne primer for wooden musical instruments was discussed.The results showed that the optimum preparation process of microcapsules was water bath temperature 70℃,aging time 120 h,and core-wall ratio 0.58:1;The optimum content of microcapsules was 10%.The microcapsule waterborne primer prepared under the best conditions has excellent properties in all aspects,and can be used for the repair of music instrument coatings.
