摘要
目前心血管疾病是对人类生命健康最主要的威胁因素之一,每年有超过1500万人死于各类心血管疾病。心血管疾病具有隐蔽性和发病突然性等特点,因此,使用优秀的心电图(ECG)对心脏活动进行动态持续监测在心血管疾病的早期发现和及时诊断治疗方面起着至关重要的作用。在心电图动态测量方面,无线心电监护仪具有传感器重量轻、舒适贴合皮肤、导电性高等特点。通过将碳纳米管(碳纳米管)以电极(或耐磨材料)或基于纺织品的传感器的形式加入传感器中,可以很容易地实现这一点。碳纳米管具有许多优点,如高导电性、良好的热稳定性和成本效益,在医学领域得到了广泛的应用。因此,基于碳纳米管的可穿戴心电传感器的各种制作技术,在此基础上,提出了一种在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)中负载高含量的碳纳米管(CNT)制备用于ECG动态监测仪的CNT复合电极的方法。通过超声搅拌和热搅拌制备导电聚合物混合物。采用刮刀技术制备了聚合物电极。将聚合物电极组合成ECG电极贴片。该聚合物电极已成功应用于心电测量。心电图测量结果表明,可穿戴电极适用于此类医疗设备。基于碳纳米管的聚合物电极具有柔性、可清洗、耐磨损等特点,在可穿戴医疗器械的实际应用中具有广阔前景。
At present,cardiovascular disease is one of the most important threat factors to human life and health,and more than 15 million people die of various cardiovascular diseases every year.Cardiovascular disease has the characteristics of concealment and sudden onset.Therefore,the use of excellent electrocardiogram(ECG)for dynamic and continuous monitoring of cardiac activity plays an important role in early detection and immediate diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.In the aspect of ECG dynamic measurement,the wireless ECG monitor has the characteristics of light weight,comfortable fit to the skin,high conductivity and so on.This can be easily achieved by adding carbon nanotubes(carbon nanotubes)to the sensor in the form of electrodes(or wear-resistant materials)or textile-based sensors.Carbon nanotubes have been widely used in the field of medicine because of their many advantages,such as high electrical conductivity,good thermal stability and cost-effectiveness.Therefore,in this paper,we first reviewed the fabrication techniques of wearable ECG sensors based on carbon nanotubes,and on this basis,we proposed a method to prepare CNT polymer electrodes for ECG dynamic monitoring by loading high content carbon nanotubes(CNT)in polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).Conductive polymer mixtures were prepared by ultrasonic stirring and hot stirring.The polymer electrode was prepared by scraper technology.The polymer electrode was combined into an ECG electrode patch.The polymer electrode has been successfully applied to ECG measurement.The results of ECG measurement show that the wearable electrode is suitable for this kind of medical equipment.Polymer electrodes based on carbon nanotubes have the characteristics of flexibility,washability and wear resistance,so they have a broad prospect in the practical applic ation of wearable medical devices.
