摘要
一种铁路无砟轨道结构,它由预制轨道板、填充调整层、钢筋混凝土底座组成三层体系,坐落于线路路基顶面。预制轨道板上包括传统的轨枕、扣件、钢轨等线路设备。该轨道结构自带注浆通道,每块轨道板长度范围内,中心线位置处,设置多根注浆钢管以及钢筋混凝土保护柱,所述注浆钢管顶面同轨道板顶面平齐,底面同底座底面平齐;注浆钢管外侧包裹钢筋混凝土圆形保护柱,其顶面同轨道板顶面平齐,底部同底座联为整体,注浆钢管同钢筋混凝土保护柱两圆心重合。填充调整层之上的轨道板,对应所述混凝土保护柱设置贯通孔。本文提供的无砟轨道结构及其抬升方法,能够实现无砟轨道沉降后的抬升,极大减少对列车运营的干扰,避免对轨道板的破坏;注浆通道的设置,在路基沉降变化期内,便于重复使用;同时为高速铁路的穿越工程实施,提供了一种控制沉降的手段。
A railway ballastless track structure,which is composed of prefabricated track slab,filling adjustment layer and reinforced concrete base,and is located on the top of the subgrade surface.Prefabricated track slab includes ordinary sleeper,rail fastening,rail and other railway equipment.The track structure has its own grouting channel.Within the length range of each track slab,a plurality of grouting steel pipes and reinforced concrete protection columns are set at the center line.The top surface of the grouting steel pipe is flush with the top surface of the track slab,and the bottom surface is flush with the bottom surface of the base.The outer side of the grouting steel pipe is wrapped with steel reinforced concrete circular protection column,the top surface is flush with the top surface of the track slab,and the bottom is connected with the base as a whole.The two circle centers of the grouting steel pipe and the reinforced concrete protective column are coincided.The track plate above the filling adjustment layer is provided with a through hole corresponding to the concrete protective column.The ballastless track structure and its lifting method provided in this paper can realize the lifting of ballastless track after settlement,greatly reduce the interference to train operation and avoid the damage to track slab;the setting ofgrouting channel is easy to reuse in the period of subgrade settlement change;at the same time,it provides a means to control settlement for the implementation of high-speed railway crossing proj ect.
