摘要 针对食品加工行业烘烤炉采用传统的温度器控制存在时变、大惯性、滞后、控制参数难以调整等问题,为防止因温度原因造成产品品质不稳定,产量低,提出了基于PLC控制的烘烤炉系统研究与设计。系统采用了三菱FX2N系列PLC为核心控制器,应用PID指令编程,结合PID控制算法进行调节,采用温度传感器采集温度数据,实时控制加热管的发热量,经实际应用测试结果数据显示,该加热控制系统工作稳定,调节速度快,温度控制精准,误差小于±1℃,符合食品加工行业的要求。 There are some problems of time-varying,large inertia,hysteresis and difficult adjustment of control parameters in the traditional temperature control system of food processing industry,thus in order to prevent the instability of product quality and low output caused by temperature,the research and design of the baking oven system based on PID control is put forward.System adopts the mitsubishi FX2N series PLC as the core controller,uses PID instruction to programmeg,combines PID control algorithm to adjust,adopts temperature sensor to collect data,and controls the heat of heating tube in real time.The actual application test results show that the heating control system works stably,the adjustment speed is fast,the temperature control is accurate,and the error is less than±1℃,which are in line with the requirements of food processing in dustry.
