摘要
实验室建立了一套串级联合电解催化交换实验装置,用于研究氢-水液相交换过程。根据工艺的具体要求设计了一种基于PLC的工艺控制方法并建立系统应用于现场装置。该控制系统集成了MODBUS-RTU通讯、PROFINET通讯、串口RS485通讯等多种通讯方式。通过上位机软件将多种类型PLC、智能仪表和电气设备的数据进行采集与控制。控制系统完成了常规工艺参数测量、流量和液位PID控制、报警与安全连锁等功能,达到了工艺运行要求。经过长期实验表明,所设计并建成的控制系统操作界面友好、简单、运行稳定、可靠。
A set of cascade combined electrolysis catalytic exchange experimental device was established in the laboratory to study the hydrogen water liquid phase exchange process. According to the specific requirements of the process,a process control method based on PLC is designed,and the system is established and applied to the field device. The control system integrates MODBUS-RTU communication,PROFINET communication,serial port RS485 communication and other communication modes. The data of various types of PLC,intelligent instrument and electrical equipment are collected and controlled by host computer software. The control system completes the functions of conventional process parameter measurement,flow and liquid level PID control,alarm and safety interlock,and meets the requirements of process operation. The long-term experiment shows that the designed and built control system has friendly and simple operation interface,stable and reliable operation.
