摘要 随着云计算和物联网技术的快速发展,当前城市基础框架正从数据城市升级为智慧城市,这对基础空间信息的实时性、可控性、体验性提出了更高的要求。福州市平潭综合实验区作为首批国家智慧城市试点,遵循智慧城市建设要求,在现有“数字平潭”地理空间框架建设的基础条件下,构建以“虚拟化、弹性化、服务化”为设计理念的时空大数据云平台,基于时空网格、全矢量多线程调图和时空大数据混合存储技术进行系统设计和开发,为政务服务资源创建共享条件。平潭时空大数据云平台在观光旅游、土地管理等多领域得以应用,为工作人员带来多样化信息体验,实现一站式云服务。 With the rapid development of cloud computing and Internet of Things technology,the current urban infrastructure is being upgraded from a data city to a smart city,which puts forward higher requirements for the real-time,controllability,and experience of basic spatial information.As one of the first national smart pilot cities,the Fuzhou Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone follows the smart city construction requirements,and builds the spatio temporal big data cloud platform with"virtualization,flexibility,and service"design concept under the basic conditions of the existing"digital Pingtan"geospatial framework.The system was designed and developed based on spatio-temporal grid,full vector multi-threaded map adjustment and spatio-temporal big data hybrid storage technology to create sharing conditions for government service resources.The Pingtan space-time big data cloud platform has been applied in tourism,land management and other industries,brought diversified information experience to staff and achieved one-stop cloud services.
