摘要
在Web GIS框架下构建了真三维场景的防风偏参数杆塔空气间隙管理系统,提出了兼顾数据量和表现力的无人机摄影测量输电线路建模方案,保证了三维场景的精细度与可量测性,并设计了合理的系统多源数据组织方式及数据浏览、查询、分析等功能。实践表明,该系统能够实现在真实三维场景下,对杆塔空气间隙的查看、浏览与分析,为输电线路防风偏提供有效的分析平台。
The tower-line air gap management system with real 3D scene based on Web GIS was constructed.This paper presented a transmission line modeling scheme on UAV photogrammetry that ensures 3D scene precision and measurability.A reasonable multi-source data organization and data browsing,query and analysis functions were designed for this management system.The practice shows that this management system can achieve tower-line air gap query,browse and analysis in real 3D scene,and provide a reliable analysis platform for transmission line windage yaw prevention.
