抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体脑炎动物模型制备的研究进展

摘要 抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)脑炎是由抗NMDAR抗体介导的自身免疫性脑炎。目前该病的发病机制尚未完全明确,可靠的动物模型对于研究其发病机制和病理生理过程具有重要意义。笔者就近年来文献报道的抗NMDAR脑炎动物模型进行综述,探讨每种模型的优点及局限性,以期为抗NMDAR脑炎的进一步研究提供更为适合的动物模型。 Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(NMDAR)encephalitis is an autoimmune encephalitis mediated by anti-NMDAR antibody.At present,the pathogenesis of the disease is not completely clear,and reliable animal models are of great significance for the study of its pathogenesis and pathophysiological process.The authors reviewed the reports of anti-NMDAR encephalitis′s animal models in recent years,and discussed the advantages and limitations of each model,in order to provide a more suitable animal model for further research on anti-NMDAR encephalitis.
